Right of withdrawal

Your 14-day statutory right when you buy Find Your Table as a consumer in the European Union.

Who this applies to

If you are a consumer in the European Union and you bought a paid plan through this website, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason and without penalty. This right is separate from our Refund Policy and applies even where that policy would not offer a refund.

The period

The 14 days run from the day the contract is concluded — the day your payment completes and the plan is unlocked for your event. To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your withdrawal before the period expires.

How to withdraw

Any unequivocal statement is enough. You can:

  • use the online withdrawal form on this website — it records your request with the date and time and sends you a confirmation;
  • email support@findyourtable.app with a clear statement that you are withdrawing;
  • write to the postal address in our Legal Notice;
  • use the model withdrawal form below (you are not obliged to).

Service starting during the withdrawal period

Find Your Table is a service, and most customers want it to start immediately — that is the point of buying it before an event. So at checkout we ask you separately, with an unticked box, to request that performance begin before the 14 days are over.

Requesting that does not take your withdrawal right away, and opening your dashboard does not end it either. What it does is this: if you withdraw after performance has begun, you may be asked to pay a proportionate amount for what was already provided, calculated against the total price. If you withdraw before performance begins, you pay nothing.

Your withdrawal right ends only once the service has been fully performed, and only where that full performance began with your prior express request and with your acknowledgement that the right would then be lost.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you, less any proportionate amount described above, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we are informed. We use the same means of payment you used, and the reimbursement costs you nothing.

Business customers

The statutory right of withdrawal is a consumer right. Venue Edition and negotiated business arrangements are governed by their proposal or written agreement.
