Find Your Table
For planners, venues and event teams

Seating that stays up to date, even when the guest list changes.

One workspace for your client events. Guests scan a QR code, search their name and see their table — no app to download, no account to create, and nothing to reprint when the plan moves.

  • Guests need no app and no account
  • The QR code and link never change
  • Works with any phone camera

The workspace

Personal events and client events, kept apart.

Your personal space holds your own events. An organization workspace holds the ones your business runs — the whole portfolio in one list, together with the team working on it.

Events

Every event in the workspace, in one list, whoever on the team created it.

Brand

A default guest-page colour for the workspace, and a switch that applies it.

Settings

The workspace name, and the people who belong to it with their roles.

The two stay separate on purpose: your personal events are never pulled into a workspace, and workspace events never appear in your personal list.

The professional problem

A printed seating chart is out of date the moment something moves.

Late changes mean reprinting+

A cancellation the night before, a table split in two on the morning of — and the board by the door is already wrong. Fixing it means a print run nobody has time for.

Your staff become the seating desk+

Guests who cannot find their name ask whoever is nearest. That is your team, during the arrival window, answering one question a few hundred times instead of running the room.

Every client event starts over+

A spreadsheet per couple, files per venue, links buried in one more inbox thread. Nothing carries across events, so the same setup work is paid for again every time.

How it works

Four steps, and only the first three involve you.

  1. 01

    Create the event

Name, date and venue. An event belongs either to you personally or to a workspace — never to both.

  2. 02

Add or import the guest list

Type guests in, or import a CSV and map the columns. Tables can be changed at any point afterwards.

  3. 03

Display or share the QR code

Download the QR as PNG or SVG for signage, or send the link. Both stay valid for good.

  4. 04

    Guests search their name

They scan, type a few letters and see their table. Nothing to install and no sign-up.

BrandSet the colour once, not on every client event.+

A workspace carries one default guest-page colour. Switch inheritance on and the events inside it pick that colour up, so nobody has to remember a hex code on a Friday evening.

  • An event that has chosen its own colour keeps it — the workspace default only fills the gap.
  • Clear an event's own colour and it falls back to the workspace default again.
  • Guests see a custom colour on the events a workspace's active Venue subscription covers, and on any event upgraded to Plus or Premium; other events keep the standard look.

Colour only, for now. There is no workspace logo at this stage, so nothing here promises one.

Team and clientsTwo different ways to let somebody in.+

Workspace roles are for your own people and cover the whole portfolio. Event sharing is for everybody else and covers exactly one event.

Owner

Full control of the workspace, and the only role that can make somebody else an Owner.

Admin

Runs the workspace day to day: events, the brand default, the workspace name, and inviting Admins and Staff.

Staff

Creates and runs events, and reads the workspace settings — without changing the workspace or its team.

Event collaborators

Share a single event with a couple, a caterer or a freelance coordinator. They reach that one event and nothing else — not the workspace, and not your other clients.

For your guests

The part your guests actually see.

One page behind one QR code, and it is the same page whether the event is yours, a client's, or shared with a coordinator.

  • No app and no account — the phone camera opens it like any other web page.
  • They type part of a name and the table appears, instead of scanning a list of four hundred people.
  • Menu, floor plan and door check-in appear once they are set up on an event whose plan includes them — its own, or the workspace's Venue subscription.

Venue plan

Venue — $49 per month, for one workspace.

One workspace for your client events, with your team on it. While Venue is active, every event the workspace owns gets the Premium guest-page features through it, so you do not buy a plan for each one. Creating the workspace is self-serve and free; the subscription is the part you pay for.

  • No setup fee, and no per-event charge for the events this workspace owns while Venue is active.
  • Cancel from your billing settings whenever you like — coverage runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Launch price. While your subscription stays active, it stays on the price you subscribed at.

Events in your personal space are separate: they are not covered by Venue and keep the ordinary per-event pricing.

Questions

Before you get in touch

Do guests need an app?+

No. They scan the QR code with the phone camera and a web page opens. There is nothing to install and no account to create.

Can I manage multiple events?+

Yes. A workspace holds as many events as your business runs, side by side in one list, and each keeps its own guest list, QR code and settings.

Can my team help manage events?+

Yes. Add them to the workspace as Admin or Staff and they can create and run events. Owners and Admins manage the team itself.

Can I change the seating without reprinting?+

Yes, and that is the whole point. Move a guest to another table and the live page shows the new one straight away. The printed QR code and the link never change.

Can I use my own brand colour?+

You can set one default guest-page colour for the workspace and let events inherit it. Guests see it on the workspace's own events while a Venue subscription is active, and on any event upgraded to Plus or Premium. There is no workspace logo yet.

Is this only for weddings?+

No. It suits any seated event with a guest list — galas, corporate dinners, award evenings, conferences. Weddings are simply where most events on the platform are today.

What does a workspace cost?+

Creating a workspace is free. Venue, the subscription that covers it, is $49 per month with no setup fee. While it is active on a workspace, the events that workspace owns get the Premium guest-page features through it, so you do not buy a plan for each of them. Cancel from billing settings at any time and coverage runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Your personal events stay separate and are paid for individually at the prices on the pricing page.

Is Venue billed monthly or as a one-off?+

Monthly, and it renews until you cancel — which makes it different from every plan on the pricing page, where you pay once for one event. There is no trial and no annual option, and the price is in US dollars in every country we sell in.

The prices below are one-time and per event — that is what your personal events cost. Venue is the separate one: a workspace subscription at $49 per month, which covers the events the workspace owns, so those need no plan of their own.

Per-event plans and prices are on the pricing page.
