Pricing questions
Is this a subscription?+
Every plan on this page is a single one-time payment for one event — nothing to cancel and nothing recurring. The one exception is Venue, our monthly workspace subscription for planners and venues, which is a separate product on the planner and venue page.
What happens if I don't upgrade?+
Your free event stays available with up to 50 guests. You keep the live guest page, the QR code, and the downloads.
Can I upgrade later?+
Yes. Upgrade at any time from your event dashboard, including on the day itself. Your link and QR code never change.
Which plan do most couples choose?+
Plus is the most common choice: on top of Essential it adds custom branding and colors, the shared guest photo & video gallery, and the Venue Signage Template Library.
Why is the price lower than the regular price?+
We're welcoming our first customers at Founding Couples pricing, so each paid plan is currently below its regular price. It's a launch price, not a timed sale — there's no countdown and no set end date. If it goes back to the regular price, the change applies to new purchases only.
How many guests can I add?+
Every paid plan includes unlimited guests for your event. The free plan covers one event with up to 50 guests so you can build your page and try the live lookup before upgrading.
Do guests need to download an app?+
No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and open a web page — nothing to install, no account to create.
Can I change table assignments after I print the QR code?+
Yes. The QR code and link stay the same forever. Update a guest's table whenever you like and the live page reflects it instantly.
